調理前の下準備 
- 冷蔵庫の中で一晩かけて、もしくは日中に解凍することをおすすめします。 
- 急いでいる場合、冷たい流水下にお肉を置いて解凍することもできます。解凍までには約10分～20分掛かります。

フライパンでの調理方法 
- フライパンを中火に熱したらオリーブオイルをひく 
- ラムチョップをフライパンにのせて、2 -3分したら裏返す 
- ミディアムに焼き上げるには、その後6 - 8分程焼く

How to Prepare for Cooking 
- We recommend defrosting the product overnight or during the day by leaving it in your refrigerator 
- If you have to defrost the product quickly, place it under cool running water until defrosted, this method might take about 20mins
How to Cook in a Pan
- Heat the pan with medium heat with some olive oil
- Place the lamb chops in the pan and turn after 2-3 minutes
- For medium cooked chops remove after 6-8 minutes
